Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable fees if applicable.
After Shipment:
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return process outlined below after receiving the product.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
Note:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items (such as perishable goods) may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

How to Initiate a Return

Inspection and Refunds

    If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In cases where the product has been partially used or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Sweets, Pickles, Snacks, Donuts and Cookies marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please follow the return process to return the original item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
